Current availability

Gather It is operated by MyGatherIt LLC. Paid subscriptions and paid usage packs are not currently available to purchase. Checkout is disabled, and Gather It is not collecting payments. Invitation-only beta access requires no payment and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Before paid sales open

Gather It's merchant of record and payment provider have not been finalized. Before any paid sale opens, checkout will identify the seller and selected merchant of record or payment provider, along with the exact price, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation options, refund terms, and included usage before you approve a charge. This page will be updated with the applicable support route when those terms are final.

Questions about a charge

Because paid checkout is disabled, Gather It is not currently issuing subscription or usage-pack charges. If you believe you received a Gather It charge, contact info@mygatherit.com with the merchant name, transaction date, amount, and non-sensitive receipt or billing identifier so the charge can be investigated.

Do not send student records, passwords, full payment-card details, security codes, or identity documents by email. Do not rely on older provider-specific refund or cancellation directions; the provider for paid launch has not been finalized.

Account access and data

Current invitation-only beta access is free, so there is no paid Gather It subscription to cancel. Ending use of the app is separate from deleting Gather It records or provider-held originals. Disconnecting Google Drive or OneDrive, deleting a Gather It reference, or stopping use does not by itself delete original files from the connected provider account.

Use the application's Data Controls for account-data requests. When paid subscriptions become available, cancellation instructions and their effective date will be shown in checkout, the transaction confirmation, and this policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If paid sales open, the transaction terms shown before purchase, the identified seller and merchant of record or payment provider, and applicable law will govern refund, withdrawal, and cancellation rights.
